Prohibition To Sell, Distribute, Or Use Unstamped Commercial measures And Weights
Unless otherwise provided for in Section 24, no commercial measure or weight or measuring or weighing machine shall be
sold, distributed or used in case it has not been inspected in the prescribed manner and has not been stamped accordingly by the Inspectors.
